My name is Ed King. I am 31 years old, married for 6 years (Tracy), have a 3 year old daughter (Kaitlyn), and one more due on Dec.1! I have always been drawn to anything mechanical, thats probably why I race, other than the fun factor. I work at a Chevrolet, Cadillac, Buick, Pontiac (for now), and GMC dealer in the service department. Yeah, I fix them.
This will be my third year racing mowers. I drive the #494 Mod-x/cp. I also have a Herrin Mower Sports decal on one side of the hood, and a Bertrand Hydraulics on the other, if for no other reason than they are both great guys, and have helped me tremendously in the few years I have been doing this. Thanks guys!!

Hello. My name is Jim Klauss. I live in south central PA. (Born and raised in PA) I've been a mechanic ever since I got out of high school. Most of you know me as the Old Goat. My kids started calling me that back a few years ago as a joke and it kinda stuck and I don't mind it at all, kinda proud of it, actually. I've been raising pygmy goats as a hobby for about a dozen or so years and I hope that's why they call me that and not because I smell like some stinky old billy goat!!! I'm still 52 yet, for a couple more days, have 3 sons, 1 daughter and 5 grandkids. Don't nobody tell my wife, but I just can't remember exactly how long we've been married, but its been a long time and a good time, too! I've been racing mowers on a local level for about 5 years now, and started with ARMA & US last year. I have a mod-x/cp and just built a pro-x/fx, both number 03. Two of my sons race mowers and we have a wonderful time doing it. Everywhere we go racing, the people are just great. It's nice being part of an organization(s) where almost everyone gets along so well, and if anybody needs anything, there is always someone willing to help. I hope it stays that way for a long time! See y'all soon!
